EVACUATION

Since the de-occupation of parts of the Kherson region from November 11, 2022, to July 9, 2024, a total of 46,446 people have been evacuated from evacuation points, including 6,342 children and 468 people with limited mobility.

8,824 people were evacuated by train, including 11,409 children and 247 people with limited mobility.

By road transport, 37,622 people were evacuated, including 4,933 children and 221 people with limited mobility.

SHELTER

Currently, there are 192,654 households on the territory of de-occupied communities, of which 76,094 are habitable.
Among them, only 114,515 were damaged, of which 27,208 households are habitable.
There are 4,683 damaged households.

WASH

WINTERIZATION

  • Due to the current conflict, 159,549 individuals (78,164 households) are expected to face serious problems during the winter. In the region, 77,789 individuals (37,838 households), which constitutes 48.76% of the total population, require assistance.
  • Special attention is needed for 12 communities on the front line that require solid fuel supply due to the inability to use cash.
  • The need for solid fuel (in cash or vouchers): 51,053 individuals, 23,891 households, 64.87%.
  • The need for solid fuel (in cash or vouchers): 26,736 individuals, 13,947 households, 33.97%.

  • Access to the territory of the de-occupied part of the Kherson region takes place according to the order of the military commandant of the region
  • The filled-out documents should be submitted to the email address of the Kherson Regional Commandant’s Office: kherson.komendant@post.mil.gov.ua
  • The letter is filled out according to the established form and the subject of the email should indicate “Movement Notification“.
